Easy Baby Life baby care tips

Mom, I'm Bored, Gimme Some Baby Activities!

bored baby

At around 4-6 months, many babies seem to want more stimulation. Engaging in some baby activities can be fun for both you and your child.

Why at this age?

Well, the babies sleep less. Their vision has improved, they can sit up in your lap to study the world and they are often quite curious of both people and surroundings.

Being home with mom all day long is boooring!

And honestly, being home with a baby all day long might also be a bit boring. Unless shaking a rattle is your greatest hobby, of course...

So, what to do?

Well one thing that makes life a bit funnier and that you will cherish forever is to arrange a little photo shoot with your baby. Indoor or outside really doesn't matter. Just pretend you're a real photographer and get going.

If you want some tips on how to take really good baby pictures, I've found a wondeful resource. I only wish I had come across it earlier. I found it when my third child was already 1 year old... (Still very useful, though.)

Also remember to bring your camera now and then when you try any of the baby activities suggested below. They're all tips on things to do with your baby, things that will take the two of you out of the house.
