My grandson is three weeks old and has had a congested chest cold for a week, he also has a clogged nose and is hard to breath. I can hear a rasping noise in his chest when he takes a breath.

Hi Alfredo,

Since your little grandson is so young, I suggest you take him to a doctor right away. I don't mean to scare you, but when three weeks old, he should be checked up if he has been sick for a week, even if it is only a cold.
