Walt Disney World For A Toddler

by Kim
(Charleston)

In May 2008 my family decided to take a vacation to WDW. A lot of our friends said why bother, our daughter would not remember it anyway, she was only 18months. That did not phase me one bit.

We left early on a Friday morning and got to the hotel, which was in the park, around 3:00. We decided to go straight to the Magic Kingdom.

The look on my daughters face I will never forget. The characters she only saw on TV came to life in the park. She never looked away from the production going on at the castle. You would never know she had been in a car for 5 hours.

There is more to do in WDW for toddlers than you may think. Just meeting the characters was probably the best things we did.

In all, she probably will forget, but I have enough pictures that she can relive it anytime she wants to.
