Hi Kathy! Peeing that often, I would suspect a urinary tract infection. Does she complain about pain at all? Or have you checked the color and smell of the urine. A foul smell and dark color are other typical signs of a UTI. Have her checked up. If she has done this for a long time or if it is only after drinking a lot, then it is probably not an issue, but at any sign of illness, including the ones above or if she is very tired or thirsty, do visit a doctor.
