She has been crying for two days and holding her belly saying she needs to go toilet but is having trouble doing so.

What can I do?

Suppositories?

Hi Danielle!

Have you tried giving your daughter a glycerine suppository for children? That together with prunes, aprictos and kiwi should help her. Stay away from bananas, carrots and dairy products until she starts pooping regularly again.

If it becomes very painful, take her to a doctor.
