Three Girls Now Trying To Plan A Boy

I have three girls, with all three I skipped breakfast, loved my dairy foods and green veggies, wholegrain breads which say makes girls and rarely ate redmeat, carbs, pasta and banannas which makes boys. So my diet is the first thing I'm changing and timing around ovulation for sure. Fingers crossed for me!!!

Have Two Girls And Will Now Try For A Boy
by: Nargis

I have two nice girls, one is 5 years old and the 2nd one is 3 yrs old. During my pregnancy I ate everything because at that time I didn't know that eating and diet effects on the sex of my babies. Now I want to have a baby boy. I will definitely try to adapt my diet to include more cereal and banana.

I bookmarked this article to go back and read about what I should eat. Thank you!

Our 3 Girls And Gender Diet
by: Christine Guzman

This gender diet explains it all! I have three girls because I am not and have never been a breakfast person and Im not a very big fan of veggies!!! I love dairy products!! Milk, cheese, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese!! You name it, if its dairy its in my fridge!!

I'm going to feel bad when my husband finds this one out!! ; ) So I have now been eating a bowl of cereal and one banana a day. We are trying one last time (so my husband say's) next month! That is the day to try for a boy!! We will see how things turn out!! Wish me luck! : )
