Steamed Duvar Dhal With Cooked Rice

1 baby portion

50 gm duvar dhal
50 gm rice

Do like this

* Cook rice for 5min.

* Cook the dhal for 10min in a cooker.

* Smash the rice when it is hot, otherwise it will not get smashed properly.

* Smash the dhal nicely when it is hot.

* Mix both with a spoon in a bowl,add ghee a spoon with this for taste.

Dhal has protein,rice has carbohydrate and ghee is for fat content.This will give full growth energy for the baby.But need not given in the night.Breast feeding is best at night.
