Pulav For Toddlers

This recipe is for those kids who falls in the the ages between 2 to 3 years.

Pulav is basically an indian dish which is made by high quality rice. This is highly nutritious and can be prepared easily.The interesting part is that the same pulav can be easily served to the adults too!

First of all you have to prepare the base for the pulav by sauting onions, cumin and mustard seeds in oil. Preferably coconut oil.

Then add onions, potatoes, peas, carrots and any other vegetables and cook them with a little water until they are tender.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add boiled rice and heat mixture for a couple of minutes. Let it be cool off and now it is ready to be served.
