My 15 Months Son Isn't Peeing Much

My friend watched my son all day from 9:45 to 4 pm and he didn't pee once til I got home. Then he peed once and had two owel movements. What could this be?

Hi Kelly!

Unless your son is showing signs of illness, it sounds as if he simply drank too little fluid that day.

In theory, he could be holding back until he felt really safe (when mom came back home), but being so young I really doubt it. If that's the case, he is ready for potty training! And boys rarely are that early.

So just ask your friend to offer him more water the next time!
