Isolation For SAHD

11 years ago when I began my stay home status, my biggest challenge was the isolation. Our regular church wouldn't even let me sit in the nursery.

Thanks for your comment. I think the isolation of SAHDs continues even today. I can't imagine what it was like for you 11 years ago. Any of the activities I participate in with Tessa have all been sought out by myself. I have reached out to a few moms I know and only one of those have ever even responded to a request to get together w/ the kids. I don't let it get me down but at times I definitely get tired of being the one to always reach out. It would definitely be easier to be included more in things going on.
