I Promise To Be Me

Having a new baby is very time consuming and it is often times very draining.

I promise to myself, to make time for me. Even if it's just 10 minutes a day, those are my ten minutes just to reflect and relax.

I promise not to get overwhelmed by all the responsibilities that come with being a new mother, and most of all, I promise myself that I will ask for help when I need it!

I will not be stubborn headed and think that I can do everything myself.

I will remember that I am only one person!
