How much should a 2 month baby poop a day? My baby is going only 1 time a day since 3 weeks ago. Is that normal? Baby Help Line Response: Hi Jazmir! No worries, your baby is completely normal! At around 2 months old even breastfed babies tend to start pooping less frequently, maybe around once per day. Going forward, especially if your baby is breastfed, you might experience periods when your baby doesn't pass stools for several days, even a week or more. As long as he or she are showing no signs of constipation, , everything is fine. /Paula
