Bowel Movements Gone

No bowel movements in 5 days, what to do? Baby Help Line Response: Hi Shalonda! How old is your baby? If he or she is around 2 months old or older and fully breastfed, there is no problem. It is completely normal for such babies to not pass stools for several days, even up to 2 weeks. However if your baby is not breastfed, constipation might be an issue.
