Hi Priya, It has probably been a few hours since you asked, and I hope your son's nose has stopped bleeding now. Whether you need to take him to the hospital or not really depends on how bad he was hit. If the nose bleed has stopped, the nose doesn't seem enjured and he is his usual self, I don't think you need to worry. But if the bleeding continues, the nose is crooked or if he seems affected by the hit, e.g. confused, dizzy extra sleepy or in pain, then have him checked.
