Baby Stuffy Nose

My 3 month old baby girl has a stuffy nose. How can I help her breathe better besides suctioning her nose with saline drops?

 Breast milk...

Hi Chasmin,

Are you breastfeeding? In such case you can try using breast milk as nose drops instead of saline drops. It is actually quite effective.

Another thing is to make sure you elevate the head end of her crib a bit.

And finally, moisturizing the air can also some times help a bit.
