Hi Sara, Poor baby and poor you! It really is heartbreaking when our little one falls gets hurt! Your baby is most likely fine, but since he vomited, I think it would be wise to go see a doctor. Vomiting after hitting ones head might be a sign of concussion. Since it was only once and he is now acting normally again, the vomiting and the fall are probably completely unrelated, but at least I as a mom, would go see a doctor to be on the safe side. <a href="http://www.easybabylife.com/my-7-month-baby-fell-off-the-bed.html">You can read about other moms in similar situations here.</a> I wish you good luck.
