Baby Boy Is Sick

He is 6 months old and he has a fever of 102.3 and has chest congestion, a cough, and a stuffy nose that make it hard for him to breath. He has had a slight cold for about a week and we have been giving him baby Tynol. He has only eaten two whole 8 oz bottles and about 3 to 4 oz the rest of the day and that was about every 3-4 hours.

What should I do ?

I am sorry to hear he is not feeling well. I think you need to take him to your pediatrician. Since he has been sick for about a week and is running a fever, he may have developed a sinus infection. This can cause him to have chest congestion,a stuffy nose, and a fever. You can keep his nose clear with a blub syringe and some saline drops. He is not going to have much of an appetite while he is running a fever. Hope he gets to feeling better soon.
