Have An Easy Baby Life! Your Body and Exercise Tips
August 01, 2007
Hi !

Lighter, warmer, vacation, more time together with your family... I hope that is what summer is like for you. At least if that is what you want!

In this issue of Have An Easy Baby Life, I've gathered some articles that can be useful if you have started to think about getting your before-pregnancy-body back (or some other version...). If you just gave birth (or if you're still pregnant), save this newsletter for later. Don't ever force yourself to start exercising! Go ahead when you feel ready!

Exercising as well as breastfeeding means that you need extra calories. Check out the pasta recipe below. A really quick, really tasty veggie pasta.

Also, don't forget this month's baby poll!

Have a great summer!

This pasta takes no takes no time to make and it taste so good! It contains no meat, but you can always serve with for example grilled chicken fillet or prosciutto ham if you like. If you want to add some meat to the salad, try thin slices of prosciutto ham (which have been frozen for 72 hours if you are pregnant).

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can (1 lb) of whole tomatoes (organic if possible)
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 table spoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch each of salt, black pepper and raw sugar (or some other sugar)
  • olive oil for frying
  • parmesan cheese

Do like this

  • Chop and fry the onion in a bit of olive oil.
  • Add pressed garlic and the tomatoes. Use a wooden ladle to crush the tomatoes
