7 Month Old Has Stomach Infections

Hi,
My 7 month old baby ( will be 7 this sunday ) is having frequent bouts of stomach infection. This is his 3rd in 2 months.
He passes green stools 7-8 times a day and the last two times had high fever too. He's on antibiotics currently which helped the fever but not the stool problem.
From the past 2 days he is waking up at night and starts crying. He is definitely not hungry as he does not want to feed.
I have a feeling he is in pain , but have no idea what to do.
