3 Months Old Suddenly Spitting Up

I have a 3m/o little girl who has never spit up until here recently. I had a history of excess amniotic fluid while pregnant with her. All of a sudden here in the last couple of days she will just be laying around and she will spit up.

Sometimes the milk is curdly and sometimes it looks like regular formula. She has also been sleeping at weird times during the day. She went to bed last night at 5:30 p.m. when her usual bedtime is around 8p.m.

I was wondering if anyone could give me som advice as to what to do or what might be wrong with her or if this is normal?
