Hi! While children are very different as to how often they urinate, once to twice per day seems a little bit at the low end. Are you sure she doesn't do it more often? Many babies and young toddlers pee just a little bit now and then, and you might not even notice if they have diapers on. But to judge whether your daughter gets too little to drink, the best you can do is to check the color and smell of the urine. If it is dark colored or has a sharp smell, she needs to drink more water. If the pee is light yellow and has no strong smell, she is likely to be just fine. If you think she really needs to drink more, try offering her a little sip of water often and on the go. Yu can also try to give her fruits and veggies that contain a lot of water, such as cucumber, peaches and strawberry. Hope this helps! /Paula
